It is not often that I find myself at a loss for words… But earlier this month, I found myself at a loss for just how good baseball has been to me.
For the first time since 2019, the Texas Baseball Ranch® staff traveled back to Italy to put on two Prolific Thrower Camps. (Their name for our Elite Pitcher’s Boot Camps.)
In between the two camps, we were able to take in some of the sights:
With Thanksgiving next week, I feel this is the perfect time to thank everyone who has made this possible.
First off, without Ron and Jill, none of this would be possible. They have invested so much in me, not only as a coach and staff member, but also as a person. I would not be the person I am today without them. I will be forever grateful.
To my wife, Sarah, thank you for holding down the fort while I was gone for two weeks. Thank you for making me into the best version of myself. Thank you for your continued support of my dreams and for allowing me to chase them.
To my mom and dad, thank you for everything you’ve ever done for me. Thank you for fostering my love of baseball. Thank you for driving me to all of those weekend tournaments and lessons. But most of all, thank you for all of the support you’ve given me and the opportunities to chase my dream.
And finally, a huge thank you to all the young men who have allowed me to coach them. Not only are you guys my greatest teachers, but none of this would be possible without your belief in me and the Texas Baseball Ranch®.
