Give Thanks

By: Jonathan Massey

Can you believe there are only 5 weeks left in the year? Wow has time flown by. Feels like just yesterday we were headed to Nashville for the ABCA.

This has truly been an incredible year, and with it being Thanksgiving and all, I feel like it’s the time to give thanks to those who made this year happen.

First, I would like to give thanks to Ron and Jill. You have given me so much. You have allowed me to pursue my passion of becoming a world-class pitching coach. You continue to mentor and train me even when it’s frustrating. This year you gave me an opportunity to travel the world by taking me to Italy. I will be forever grateful for everything that you’ve done for me since I met you 10 years ago, and I look forward to our next chapter.

Next, I would like to thank all of my clients. You may not know this, but you have always been and will always be my greatest teachers. You continually force me to think outside the box, and come up with new and better coaching techniques. There have been many nights where I lay awake thinking, “God, how do I help this kid?” I know that there have been times when I have come up short, but I am grateful for the faith that you have placed in me to help you accomplish your dreams. I look forward to our continued relationship.

The last person I need to give thanks to is my Mom. Your unwavering support has not gone unnoticed. When I was chasing my dream of becoming a professional baseball player, you supported me when others doubted me. You provided me with the means to chase my dreams to the ends of the earth and when I said I no longer wanted to be a Major League baseball player, you simply asked how you could help me along my journey. I know I don’t say this nearly enough, but thank you from the bottom of my heart.

**We want to wish all of our Ranch Family a very Happy Thanksgiving! We couldn’t do what we love without you guys. Thank you!
